- Strategically executed effective customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to monitor the opportunities in the
pipeline, distributors, and sales performance; as well as the sales and production forecast using Salesforce.
- Develop strong projects pipeline in the Middle East for both the municipal and industrial sectors with key focus on
strategic accounts like NOCs, ADNOC, SEWA, Borouge, Masdar, SWCC, SWEC, NWCC, BAPCO, KOC and others.
- Strategically position the company early for projects with consultants, end users and EPCs for future RFQs.
- Introduce new channel partners in Middle East, and review their performance on quarterly and annual meetings, in
addition to the joint visits to their key clients and contractors to support commercially and technically.
- Develop the After Market business, by approaching De Nora installed base and replace competitors’ products.
- Established and developed short and long-term sales strategies, growth plans and business development for Xylem brands within the Utility & Infrastructure segments.
- Spearheaded, managed, equipped, motivated and retained a highly functional, diverse team of Area Sales Managers across the assigned region by helping them to accomplish set objectives and supporting every member in their strategic approach towards their target customers, and channel partners.
- Developed and implemented strategic action plans for all Area Sales Managers to penetrate new segments, and diversity in the applications by discovering, evaluating and establishing suitable routes to market.

- Managing the overheads and sales revenue, and reporting to the GM & CFO on
monthly basis.
- Providing billing solutions of energy and water meters to the developers (Nakheel,
Emaar, Deyaar, Palm District Cooling, EMPOWER, and Mechanical contractors)
*Working as business development engineer, and creating new channels partners.
*Promoting and specifying company products (HVAC system, switchgears, BTU meters, control panels)
*preparing quotations, technical support, following up the orders.
* After sales, and following up for the commissioning work with projects people.

Working as a sales engineer for sealing the wall penetrations made for cables and pipes entry or ground opening with a special unique insulation and sealing system which provide water & gas prove and fire retardant system . the product which i was involved with has a unique multidiameter technology & adaptability concept.

My tasks made on preparing offers and calculating and find the suitable product depending on the load and the application.
