Mobile and Fixed core networks projects management and implementation
Responsible CS nodes: MSSs, MGWs, GWs, HLRs, CCN, STPs, EMA, EMM and Related Systems.
Responsible for PS nodes: SGSNs, GGSNs, Online Mediation, CCN
Support the IN, VAS and BSS Systems, with needed configurations and connections.
Implement Inbound and Outbound, GSM and CAMEL Roaming Aggreeements, as requested by Roaming team.
Implement Enterprise Customers Connection using SIP & PRI, as requested by Enterprise team.
Implement National and International Interconnections, TDM & VoIP, as requested by International & Regulatory teams.
Building Acceptance Test Procedures for new core networks services and platforms.
Core Networks services implementation and integration.
Provide proper documentation to related systems and operations.
• In charge of VAS nodes (IVR, Voice mail, Roamware Welcome SMS, SMSC, MCA, I-Moved, CRBT and Bulk SMS tools and services)
• Technical VAS nodes projects management,
• Conducting regular impact analysis in order to assess the consequences of the project deliverables on other sections of the business.
• VAS services design, planning, implementation and integration
• Monitoring traffic, performance, utilization and KPI reports of VAS services
• Holding training sessions about VAS nodes for the concerned people.
• L2 support for Operation and Maintenance team in case of complicated trouble tickets.
• Responsible of VAS SMS Services spec’s and provides, full services testing with content provider according to marketing specifications.
• Test plan preparations.
