 Monitoring operations compliance with IMS procedures.
 Incident investigation and reporting including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reporting if and when required internally and externally.

 Coordinate daily operations by frequently liaising with the Quality and Operations Compliance Department and supervising executing teams; Customer Service Department (CSD); Operations Department; Technical department; HSSE department to achieve an excellent operational performance that meets or exceeds customer’s expectations.

 Monitoring and preparing operations reporting.

Job description and Responsibilities:
▪ Plan, assign and direct/manage operational strategies for the facility.
▪ Conduct and discuss with terminal employee’s performance appraisals and agree action plans to improve performance.
▪ Forecast operational budget requirement, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, initiating corrective actions where necessary.
▪ Ensure that the policies of Company is implemented at all facilities
▪ Ensure that facilities are following local legislation and international industry standards.
▪ Ensure quality management system managed and meets the ISO standard.
▪ Review the contracts of service provider for operational activities/requirements. ▪ Regular review/audits of each facilities performance to ensure targets are met.
▪ Provide direction and support for the Operations team at each facility to ensure that the proper resources are available to address any area of concern.
▪ Develop and monitor the terminal’s operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures, develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management and logistics of product receipt and dispatch.
▪ Analyze the terminal’s process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout and implement/suggest changes where necessary.
▪ Work closely with the terminals to perform analysis of inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining solid inventory data and reduce expenses.
▪ Provide the Company management team with regular terminal operations performance reports.

Monitor the status of all associated equipment’s of processes to ensure optimum efficiency and safety at all times.

Representative of the company on (pre-discharging and safety meeting) of Carriers to FSRU STS transfer.

Responsible for controlling safely disconnect /connect High Pressure Gas Marine Loading Arms.

Monitoring the send out rate to ensure that the FSRU is meeting the client’s requirements.

Coordinating with all port authorities, maritime agencies and FSRU Crew to ensure that all operation works between ship and shore are performed within integrated manner according to work instructions and safety and security standards.

Preparation Method Statement (MS), Risk assessment (RA), and permit to work (PTW) for all maintenance work packs, contractors works, and preventive maintenance and periodically inspections.

Responsible for periodically review for Design & Standard operating Procedure (SOPs) are developed and maintained for all HSE Critical Systems.

Implementation of ISPS code regulation in the terminal as security deputy officer.

Following environment legislation issued by local and international standard for managing environments aspects.

Supervising loading/ unloading LPG and Crude Oil Derivatives processes between shore and ships.

Coordinating transfer activities for Tank Farm (LPG and Crude oil derivatives) by Trailers.

Monitoring of Processes for general site Utilities (Firefighting pumps, Air compressors, API separator, etc.).

Supervise the independent surveyors’ work to ensure certificates quality and quantity for each cargoes are issued accurately.

Responsible for controlling, monitoring JET A1 preparations ( adding additives, circulation operations).

Preparing daily reports and issuing work permits and following up progress of preventive maintenance work.

Coordinate scheduled maintenance of the site with Maintenance Department, and Supervise field activities on the site during maintenance including third party service providers.

Ensuring the implementation of company Policies, Safety, Security, Quality and Environmental standards rules and regulations by applying Standard operating Procedures (SOPs).

Manage and Preparation Method Statement (MS), Risk assessment (RA), and permit to work (PTW) for all maintenance work packs.

To ensure that HSE requirements are being considered during management of change processes (MOC) and are implemented for all phases of the project and operations.
