• Responsible for all Imports and Exports by FFC starting from initiation of import / export agreement till execution of Port Operations and verification to Finance for Final Payments.
• Handling of Imports / exports through bulk vessel or through containers.
• Coordination with stevedores / handling contractors / tally contractors / draught surveyor for seamless Port operations.
• Coordination with shipping agents and Port authorities of berth allocation, facilitation during discharge operations, arrest or release of vessel in case of any shortage on berth etc.
• Coordination with Haulage Contractors for arrangement of transport.
• Allocation of Imported product to Haulage Contractors to directly ship imported products to destination across the country.
• Daily allocation of DAP and Urea produced by Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Plant to across the country.
• Arrangement of transport to uplift daily production and inventory if any.
• Keep tracking of all the agreements related to stevedores, handling, tally, clearing agent, haulage contractors, draught surveyor etc.
• Management of packing materials, timely initiation of PRs / POs, keep tracking of Govt. track and trace stickers, subsidy stickers and implementation of Government regulations and SOPs.
• Managing multiple teams of different departments, contractors and dealer network.
• Plan the need of warehouses as per supply and demand of company products and organize the company warehouses in the area.
• Lead and control the market dynamics in the favor of company.
• Responsible for enhancing sales, increasing market share and handling customer issues with care.
• Keep close eye on competitors activities, their latest promotion and incentive schemes, hidden discounts and offers and planning and implementation of counter measures to ensure FFC market share.
• Taking support of Technical department for introduction of new products and development of existing products, its efficient usage through different seminars, meetings with trend setters of the area.
• Ensure the FFC’s Standard Operation Procedures are followed and implemented in true spirit.
• Develop Social Network to develop business relations, promote the sale of FFC Products and services in order to attract corporate and individual customers.
• Analyze, review and coordinate for the generation of the deals with FFC Dealers.
• Oversee preparation of monthly, weekly sales and other reports as desired.
• Apprise warehouse staff and identify and recommend their training needs.
• Maintained yearly sales budgets, and organized advertising campaigns for my district.
• Maintain effective liaison with Head Office for regional day to day assignments and reports.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the sales team force of twelve members.
