1. Install and support ADSL, WIRELESS, Leased Line, Dial up service.
2. Give direct technical support either by telephone or in site in case of critical situations.
3. Manage shift schedule for the support staff to maintain the most proper timing for each agent.
4. Coordinate with the department manager by providing the periodic reports (Daily, weekly and Monthly) regarding the work flow and staff’s performance.
