• Installation & Configuration of SAP ERP Production, Quality, Development & Sandboxes, SAP Solution Manager, SAP HANA and SAP Router.

• Contributes in change control meetings, monthly maintenance activities (Production and Non-production monthly maintenance), and rotational 24x7 on- call Basis support.
• Responsible for opening SAP messages for all ERP modules and following up with SAP.
• Responsible for communicating with IT Network and IT System Divisions for problem resolution.
• Performing Export of SAP ERP Production from AWS to On-Premise.
• Performing monthly Test Copy of Exported Backup.
• Responsible for answering sap-related technical queries for support specialists and IT Colleagues.
• Provide support for 300+ users.
