I. As country Manager for Deutz KSA & Bahrain sales and service (from JAN 2019 - Ongoing).
As Country Manager responsible for business development in a new countries or re-gions.
The tasks very important and critical for companies like ours, that are expanding internationally, as we deal with the launch, development and management of local service/product offerings from pro-duction to marketing on distribution networks.
As Country Manager a Brand Ambassador and Country Representative, I must educate my compa-ny about the country’s needs so it can successfully establish itself and brief the team working on the company’s expansion plan about the needs, priorities and reasons behind the applied strategy.
Full awareness and acknowledge of the local area, language and market involved, their goal is to de-fine and introduce the right strategy and make sure the business establishes itself successfully in the region, with some help of frequent competitor analysis if require.
Works to present a company in some foreign countries by playing different roles including those of regional CEO, Marketing Director, Intermediary between Manufacturers and subsidiary, sales man-ager and support team -and sometimes a wide range of other headwear too!

Some Points of my duties: -
Duties involve managing operations, develop business and increase profitability for a company in a specific region or country. Within corporate relocations and international removals, which need to have specialist skills and knowledge relating to this sector.
The right strategy and clear goals. Through weekly update with each team member, administrative tasks, numerous meetings and networking, must brought in revenue when pushing team members to do their best.
Responsible of managing all operations within a country. Which involve responsibility of profit, rev-enue, cash and quality targets.
In the Corporate Relocations and International Removals Sector, my duties include being in charge of many areas of the business such as moving services, global mobility and records management.
Coming up with annual budget plan based on forecast service and sales in accordance with the com-pany policies.
Agreed annual budgets and producing a details annual business operating plan are tasks as country manager as well as have to deliver monthly, quarterly or annual target for revenue, profits and cash.
A key part of the role is, to produce business performance reports, which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Additional duties as country manager expected to recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training.
I am suit for this is job as I am versatile, possess skills in every area( customer care, marketing, Technician, sales, Director of public relations and ……ETC from other hand, I enjoys a client facing role, daily contact with clients, ability to communicate effectively is essential and the challenge of growing the business. Which give an opportunity to travel and get to know more culture of the coun-tries that travel to.
