• Coordinate with all concerning parties ( shipping lines, Port authority, customs ) for smooth operation and yard activities insuring NIL problem delay the process inside the terminal
• Monitoring all related tasks process with the terminal through gate and quay side
• Insuring all the operation running in high efficiency and productivity
• Insuring all the operation & equipment and employees following the safety rules
• Arrange the gangs for coming vessels and yard activities
• Coordinate with the port authority and customs to facilitate the process of the company and solving any issue raised up
• Monitoring the KPI date to date and monthly and yearly comparing the last period and make the plan for the next stages
• Following with Depots the containers movements in/out
• Coordinate with equipment desk and sales for the forecast and empty utilization
• Coordinate with other ports for the empty needed and with local desk for empty evacuation
• Evaluate the terminal and depts. Outcome and productivity in coordinate with operation manager and cluster operation desks
• Discuss the Performa agreement with the terminal to meet the line requirements and services in coordinate with operation manager and commercial desk
• Comparing the actual agreement and costs with the budget in coordinate with operation manager and cost control desk
Insuring all the received data and the EDI files is correct and downloaded in TOS
Insuring all the arrival and departure data sent to shipping line
Following all shipping line requests for COD and special requests

Update all the required gangs and man power for the incoming vessels and the yard activities
Insuring the operation process is running within the highest level of safety for the people and equipment
Coordinate with all concerning parties ( shipping lines, Port authority, customs ) for smooth operation and yard activities insuring NIL problem delay the process inside the terminal
Arrange the working plan for the vessel
Arrange the loading plan and the discharge plan for the vessel to meet the yard strategy and the operation process avoiding and clash between the discharge and load in yard or between the cranes
Checking the stowage for the vessel and try to reduce the long crane achieving higher berth and vessel productivity within the highest safety level
Monitoring the vessel operation to insure the vessel operation running within the agreed Performa avoiding any delay in the vessel schedule
Monitoring the future stowage for the vessel passing the Suez canal and try to reduce the dues
Insuring all the vessel operation running under the agreed safety rules without any violations
Update all the vessels data
Download the arrival EDI and correct the errors if any
Checking the special units against the received manifest for discharge and load
Arrange all the pre-arrival information for the shipping line
