2015-2016: Working as a condition monitoring and reliability engineer at Egyptian Natural Gas Company (GASCO) - (Western Desert Gas Complex) who is responsible for the following:
• Provide, deliver & manage Proactive Reliability Maintenance Services through Condition Monitoring Technologies (Vibration, Thermography, and Lubrication)
• Setting up databases and alarms, taking measurements, making analysis and establishing reports and troubleshooting works
• Conduct classroom and on-site training courses in machine condition monitoring with vibration analysis
2014: Working as a vibration analyst in Egyptian Natural Gas Company (GASCO) - (Western Desert Gas Complex) who is responsible for the following:
• Applies vibration analysis to repair/replace, repair/redesign, and make/buy decisions.
• Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations and apply root-cause and root-cause failure analysis reports (RCA, RCFA)
• Provides technical support to production, maintenance management and technical personnel.
2009-2013: Working as a rotating equipment engineer in Egyptian Natural Gas Company (GASCO) - (Western Desert Gas Complex) who is responsible for the following:
• Review the preventive maintenance program for maintenance of equipment and initiate programs to improve the reliability and equipment performance.
• Analyze the failure of equipment in order to find the root cause and develop solution to eliminate such failure in future.
• In conjunction with the Materials Management department, monitor stock and usage levels of spares, consumables and materials to ensure that items are available to meet requirements and that usage is consistent with budgeted assumptions.
- Participate in mechanical activities preparing during total plant shutdown.
