Greet and serve customers by suggesting items, help select product ranges and advice on sales purchase by providing information on the ranges.
Ensure store ready for opening by completing daily check list such as ( receiving delivery - ensure enough of stationary, till rolls, shopping bags, check stock in the sales floor .
Maintain store housekeeping, including stock, fitting rooms
Be aware of day to day / monthly individual and store target to be achieved.
Carry out appropriate product presentation, in store pricing, tagging and all merchandising activities
Familiar with the store product ranges so we know how to introduce your product in order to explain and answer questions
To give the highest standard of inspired customer service at all the time to greet and welcome the customer, smiling and acknowledging.
To understand the customer by initiating two - way conversation, listening to the customer needs.
To develop the sales by selecting an appropriate range of options for customers, providing good product knowledge. Overcoming objections and and offering additional items.
Maintain the relationship with customers by concluding the sales, quickly and efficiency processing the purchase at the till, capturing the customer data to insure future customer, ensure after care promises are kept.
To consistently achieve individual target and be aware of store budget.
