• Management of main Contractor to ensure Project quality and schedule complies with Contract and Project Milestones.
• Supervised works execution to ensure compliance with contract specs, design, within time and cost limits as set out in the final budget and schedule. And identify, where possible, the construction solutions and methodologies.
• Communicated with engineering department to obtain clarifications and suggest solutions to resolve engineering issues.
• Assured that systems, activities and operations involved on site, is in accordance with the approved Quality Plan.
• Coordinate with Client’s engineering staff on construction issues.

•Design management and technical issues coordination between site and project designer (SENER/Amberg).
•Take part in progress reporting and follow up with site team on actions resulted from progress meetings onsite.
•Successful implementation of geotechnical monitoring scheme although it was delayed by 15 months.
•Gave several presentations to different stakeholders about monitoring scheme description in details, also gave similar presentations to university students on training program onsite.
•Prepared documentations for claim of monitoring scope variation and cooperate with QS to present it.

•Managed some of the enabling works packages such as; site setup, temporary utilities supply, security, archaeological watching brief and site geotechnical investigations.
•Co-managing main works packages as part of a team handling; earthworks with associated temporary works such as D-walls, propping and dewatering. And reinforced concrete form package.
•Involved in project risk assessment/mitigation planning, also monitoring and reporting progress of project design, actively overcoming problems where appropriate, which required in depth knowledge of all subcontractors contracts.
•Tracking program delays & disturbance for commercial resolution.
•Monitoring subcontractor’s compliance with contract specifications, quality plans and associated procedures.
