Provide sound financial and business advice to Group CEO and other management colleagues about
Saudi Arabia and Gulf Regions investments and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities such as;
 Monitoring all departments of the company,
 Receive the weekly reports from all directors, discuses and follow up,
 Prepare the monthly plan according to stock balance and customer requirements and Review
the weekly plan of production.
 Direct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash and FS management,
 Monitoring the company budgeting process,
 Monitoring the budget versus actual,
 Review and establish internal control,
 Provide high level of financial analysis (any reports),
 Make recommendations to the top management and board member,
 Prepare strategic forecasts and long term plans,
 Reviewing maximizing all company return (treasury function),

Assist the external auditor in meeting the statutory requirements by designing and maintaining the
accounting system, preparing periodic financial reports and supervising the work of the staff, ensure
and auditing the payroll and accounts payable, audit cash receipts and maintain the inventory/fixed
asset.
Job Responsibilities;
Monitor and control all accounting matters of the company. Responsible for ensuring financial
control over all business processes.
