building strong long-term relationships with Training customers
Identify and develop opportunities for increasing sales growth and training offerings
Collaboration with the sales teams develop sales and pricing proposals and participate in customers negations.
Design, track and analyze customer centric and productivity related key training
metrics, and drive gap analyses as needed
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, key stakeholders, suppliers and other external parties as required.
* Work with the team on test events, readiness exercises and technology testing.
* Follow up with contractors and outside support staff, ensuring that work is carried out successfully and all technology is implemented at the venues as planned and to the agreed schedule.
