•Managing the complete sales department with all the sales executives working for the product
•Meeting the daily sales targets set by the bank
•Working closely with the management and devising new strategies to increase sales of products
•Designing incentive programs for the better motivation of the employees
•Develop business plans with the management
•Solve all the inter-departmental issue and making sure it does affect the work
•Providing feedback to the relevant departments to ensure smooth work procedure
•Responsible for hiring talented sales people and may even have to let go of underperforming executives
•Achieve high levels of service standards and maximize client satisfaction and ensure compliance with regulations.
•Spread and analyses financial statements preparation of credit application documentation and post-sanction monitoring through periodic account review/renewal.
• To proactively contact customers in portfolio in order to capture higher share of wallet by cross-selling products and marketing new products and services.
•Lead the design of specific products matching the needs of SME customers in the targeted provinces
•Develop SME lending procedures and manuals
•Recruit dedicated SME lending Loan Officers and provide them with the required training;
•Ensure that disbursement of loans is according to the designed procedures;
•Conduct regular field visits to SME customers to assess the quality of the portfolio;
•Perform a strict follow-up of delinquent clients lead the recovery of loans at risk;
•Make sure targets are met and review loan projections on quarterly basis;
•Participate in program audit, reviews, annual update of Business Plan;
