2- C12 - CONSTRUCTION OF HOUSING UNIT PHASE 07- JUBAIL (Construction Cost $170 million).
Site Development Works of (404, 180 sq. m.) and complete construction of 391 housing units (Precast and Permanent Form System) with total building floor area (156, 292 sq. m.) within sub-sectors A1-2 and A1-4 in Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia.
3- MOE - DAMMAM UNIVERISTY HOUSING PROJECT - (Construction Cost $100 million).
Complete construction of 146 two stories precast housing units inside Dammam University accommodation area.
4- REFINERY & PETROCHEMICAL COMPLEX AT JUBAIL - SATORP -

The project comprise of 21 prototypes, the total no of buildings are 305 Nos which is spread over the Kingdom regions, each of different scheme for security residencies owned to the Ministry Of Interior (MOI).
2- Haramain High Speed Rail Station Project (HHR) (Construction Cost $800 million).
The station's facilities include the following: The main building of the station which includes the arrival and departure concourses, a mosque with a capacity of 600 worshipers, a center for civil defense, helipad, (8) pavements for trains, car parking with a capacity of 6000 parks, VIP lounges.
3- Ground Services Equipment Tunnel - King Abdul-Aziz Airport (KAIA) (Construction Cost $300 million).
The project involves construction of 710m long ground tunnel under existing runway connecting Ground Services Equipment (GSE) operations vehicles in the airfield area to the apron of the new Terminal Building. The project will provide a vital airside road link under the central runway for service vehicles including cargo, catering and support equipments. It is a two road tunnel designed to carry airside vehicles with a height of 15m and a width of 25m.
4- Jabal Omar Development Project (JODP)

Construction of 15 Towers (4 and 5 star category reach to 42 stories) and Prayer Building with External Works in Northern area of Jabal Omar located on an area of 230, 000 m² to the west of the Al Haram Mosque of Makkah by total built area of approximately 1, 250, 000 m².
5- King Abdullah University for science and Technology
