Inbound activities:
1) Receives, verifies, segregates and labels incoming shipments.
• 2) Store and update records and system
3) Notify concerned parties (Shipping, sales..ect)
• Outbound activities:
• 1) checking sales orders on the systems
• 2) checking and verifying on-stock against SO
• 3) Prepare deliveries, ensure all needed documents and material are available and printing invoices
• 4) Coordinating and follow up with dispatching and fleet management to ensure delivery on-time .
5) Follow up with sales whenever its required (eg: returns, updating SO, issues with HPO..etc)
• 6) Perform transferring between branches. 7) Ensure each invoice has proper receiving and acknowledgment.
Warehouse and inventory activities:
1) ensure proper storing, zoning of products
2) verifying physical stock against on-hand stock on ERP system
• 3) participate in periodic/cyclical counting
4) Monitor and report near expiry, damaged and slow moving items.
Administrative tasks;
1) Archiving and maintaining records for Received, dispatched, returned and acknowledged invoices.
• 2) Provide reports for overdue SO's, expired, near expired and slow moving items.
• 3) Perform certain tasks on ERP ( SO's, RR, stock checking, invoicing...etc)
• Communications:
1) Coordinate and communicate with different departments (Sales, service, Shipping, Tender, IT )
2) Report to his supervisor for any unusual incidents or issues that need higher authorities.
• Under sales consignments activities:
• 1) conduct monthly count at canters
2) replenish and invoice consumed items
• 3) inform sales for any stock out of under sale items
• 4) Provide monthly reports for consumed, refilled, invoiced items and slow and fast moving items.
