- carry out procedures related to lacal HR Practices& Activities
- Follow up of the Staff leaves, Attendance, Provide nesery forms for staff and ensure all balances are updates.
-collect all necessery documents of employees as required
- filling of employees folders and personal documents and ensuring their safety and privecy.
- Managment of employees time sheets for basis and salary slips.
- Ensure employees files and documesnt are scanned and databases are updated
Data entry
o Check the quality of data to be entered and report any problems encountered.
o Evaluate the time required to process data and feedback on progress in processing.
o Enter data into the specialized software using consistent formatting.
o Weekly follow up and updates on potential and registered beneficiaries over the database and the specialized software.
o Detect missing or redundant data and propose possible improvements.
o Assist the FSL PM with database quality control and inform him/her of any technical problems.
Data archiving
o File beneficiaries’ lists (hard copy and soft copy) and IT data in an organized fashion that is accessible to all (clear file names, well organized files etc.).
o Follow date coding and provide new codes for new beneficiaries, and manage the attendance and checking in/out process for workers using the scanning machines.
o Perform weekly back up of data entered on a disk or CDRom.
Gather the elements required for the analysis of data
o Sort and cross-check data and create tables of statistics
o Draft reports of results based on data entered, and generate GIZ data reports on payment and attendance.
o Build databases for the CFW applications and beneficiaries and keep them updated
o Support the Technical Advisors with the pre-work training, the End of Contracts, the distribution of the health and safety equipment and the payrolls.
o Support the TAs with the processes of Social Security enrollment and the issuance of work permits.
Special Assignment
Ensure the scrap dealers selection and engagement:
o Identify active partners in the field of Solid Waste Management and make sure that they meet Action Against Hunger selection criteria.
o Present Action Against Hunger implementation and support the engagement of the scrap dealers in the project(s) activities.
o Perform scrap dealers’ assessments to identify technical and business bottlenecks and provide recommendations.
o Support in the provision regular coaching sessions to the scrap dealers to reach project objectives.
o Assist Technical Advisors in conducting regular physical visits, reviewing reports and identifying problems, discrepancies and solutions for the Field activities
o Organize training events for scrap dealers
o Supporting in the preparation of internal/ external visits to the places of programe activities.
Support different department with preparation of file for audits.
Support HR department with the scanning and documentation of the employee’s files.
Build the MHCPP project’s database.
