• Manage Performance Management System activities. Fixing KPI’s of employees as per the organization goals. Mid Term evaluation and Annual appraisal to evaluate the performance of employees
• Run Data Analysis to help define project scope, goals and plan implementions of HR projects.
• Complete all IKTVA requirements from HR aspect.
• Manage the process of Insurance, and ensure that employees are provided with medical services as per Company Policy.
• Provide HR management reports on a weekly / monthly basis.
• Assist the Sr. HR Mgr in strategic initiatives, staffing, HR Projects and Personnel Process Development activities.
• All aspects of the day-to-day operations of an HR department.
Coordinates with Team Leaders to solve customers issues.
• Handle Personnel activities with concerned departments efficiently.
• Ensure that HR & Admin services are provided to the employees in a timely fashion.
• Processing employee benefits, new hire orientation, and interviews.
• Worked with department supervisors to develop and update job descriptions.
Ensure to have ongoing daily operations ( Arrival - Departure ).
Work with all government staff to ensure they completed their steps in appropriate time.
