DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:
Bid, Tender & Cost Estimation
• Tender prepare (Technical & Financial offer ) and submit for Governmental portal ETIMAD for project of following clients :
o Ministries of health, education, defense, interior, Haj& culture
o General Authority of sport, Royal commission, Heritage commission, Universities& Municipalities
• Tender prepare and submit for private sector as following
o Hotels, administration building, medical centers, hospital& residential buildings
• Win ( 100 ) million projects
o Moslim world league
o Alternative playground jizan
o Protection from natural phenomena
o Distortion Treatment
• Prepare BOQ, RFP, survey, quantity survey for projects
• Financial analysis for civil, architecture, projects items in addition to electro mechanic
• Cost control & budget forecasting
• Prepare projects plans, methodology& Procedures
Prequalification
• Prepare Prequalification Packages for Submission (SEC-Kidana- Makkah region development authority- Almadinah al munawara development authority )
• Follow-up Renewals of Company Documents with Designated Departments

• Prepare policies, plans and procedure for management of organization
• Implement technical standards
• Prepare quality, safety and environmental plan

Planning & scheduling
