Duties & Responsibilities:
To participate and Manage all day - to- day activities related to
production in the semi- finished section which is consisting of
Shelves, baskets, wire harnesses, printing, gasket, t.team, somo,
pearson 300 ton, and omsa sections.
To manage advise and train subordinates closely.
To follow up and implement production plans, and coordinate
preventive maintenance programs as planned.
To ensure that all production, machinery and tools are conforming
to the company specification and standards.
To ensure that all machinery and tools are well locked after, tuned
and ready to operate at all times.
To plan and follow up the movement of semi finished items and
work in progress, to facilitate a trouble free factory production.
To ensure that all products produced are in accordance with
specifications and the standards of the Company.
To prepare and submit any required reports as agreed and on time,
and to keep proper records and documentation.
To ensure that all raw materials and spare parts needed for
production are available and adequate at all stage for production
and report any shortage to plant manager.
To follow up, through the plant manager, all personnel matters
relating to the production staff and workers.
To maintain discipline, order and a clean and healthy work
environment inside the semi finished section.
To coordinate directly with the other head of sections for the benefit
of the factory production.
To preform any other duties as required by plant manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
To assist the Plant Manager in the day to day management and
supervision of all activities related to production in his Section.
To assist the Plant Manager in the production and
implementation of production plans and polices for the section.
To plan and follow up the movement of production raw
materials and working -in- progress.
To daily ensure the quality and quantity of products produced in
his section, and to report to Plant Manager any discrepancies for
action.
To prepare and submit any required reports to Plant Manager
and on time.
To follow up through the Plant Manager all personal matters
relating to the production staff and workers in his section.
To ensure that all production plans and policies are executed
promptly, correctly and effectively.
To co-ordinate directly with the other Heads of Sections for the
benefit of the production.
To manage and supervise effectively the attendance, overtime,
absence and discipline of production staff and workers in his
section with daily co-ordination with HR & A. Division through
the Plant Manager.
To co-ordinate and assist the Engineering Department to
perform their maintenance work as required.
To perform any other duties as required by the Plant Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing and Supervision the day activities related to
production.
Assistance in day to day activities related to W/Shop & tool
making production.
Maintenance all the tools of Metal Forming and Plastic Moulds
& Jigs & Fixtures to be in good working conditions.
Supervision the Mantling and Dismantling of all Moulds and
Tools and able to set them correctly.
Flow up Preventive Maintenance Programs for all Tools,
Moulds, Jigs, Pop Rivets & Riveter M/C.
Supervision of Metal Working duties.
Operation and Maintenance of Air Compressors Low Pressure
and High Pressure (10 bars, 20 bars and 40 bars).
Operation and Maintenance of NH3 Chiller 100Kw.
Operation and Maintenance of CAT Gen Set 1.25 Mw.
Maintenance of all type s of Centrifugal Pumps.
Maintenance of Homogenizer and Heat exchangers.
Maintenance of Moulds of Below Moldings M/C.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Preparation times & works study.
Programming and loading all the M/Tool in the Main Machine
Shop.
Design and Modifications of Jigs and Fixtures in Main M/Shop.
Managing and supervision the day to day activities related to
Production Plan.
Design and Preparations all the cutters in M/Shop
Three Years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Production 3rd class
