Main Duties include but are not limited to the following as Client representative (construction & investment ) :-

• Ensuring that the project details are provided to the CDM Coordinator and Key CDM Tasks Summary’ Form is completed to ensure the following duties are carried out and each ‘gateway’ is signed off before progressing to the next stage of the project.
a) Improve the planning and management of projects from the very start;
b) Identify hazards early on, so they can be eliminated or reduced at the design or planning stage and the remaining risks can be properly managed;
c) Target effort where it can do the most good in terms of health and safety; and
d) Discourage unnecessary bureaucracy
• Update the client of general incidents.

• Attending all VIP's and confidential meetings on-job and off-job.

Main Duties include but are not limited to the following as Legal Advisor in charge :-

• Good knowledge in condition of contracts such as FIDIC.
• Follow up on all Client Approvals/decisions.
• Preparing, organizing & Audit the contractor’s invoices and ensure that appropriate accounting records are kept.
• Tendering Stage:
a) Prequalify potential contractors with the assistance of the consultant/designer
b)Evaluate and follow up the tendering processing in conjunction with the consultant.
c) Reporting the technical and financial offers.
d) Recommend and qualify the most optimal offer.
e) With the assistance of the designer, negotiate and prepare the construction contract.

And To be prepared to meet any request of client.
