While working as MIS executive i have got general understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence reporting tools (SAP BI4 and Business objects) .
and i am working as a part of a team responsible for
Prepare and present day to day reports using Business Intelligence reporting tools
Present data with an intelligence awareness of the potential privacy risks.
Ability to quickly learn new BI tools and produce professional, applicable reports quickly.
Ability to deliver reports under tight deadlines
create and maintain periodic reports that allow the company to get information on business activities

Use advanced IT skills (inclusive of Excel, Power-point, etc
Maintain receivables' accounts, coordinate monthly transfers to receivables' accounts, verify totals and getting confirmations on balances.
Perform general ledger reconciliation
Record and post related journal entries resulting from reconciliations
Prepare financial management reports
Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
Prepare and maintain journals, ledgers, status reports and other periodic reports.
Prepare budget plan and forecast for subsidiaries entities
Assists external auditors in their review and analyses of company financial records by providing requested information and explaining financial procedures and practices.

Organize and maintain Accounting filing system
Put in the Data in the Books using Quick books programme or American Journal and assure accuracy of supporting documentation and entries for accounts reporting
Assist in preparing financial statements
