Key Responsibilities:
- Defines project objectives, plans, schedule, budget, maintain proper documentation of the project and escalates project issues to achieve the objectives efficiently.
- Manages and control the project in whole, involving conceptualization, budgeting, contractual negotiations, while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
- Ensures optimal usage of all resources as per schedule and within budgeted overheads. Enforces budgetary guidelines and efficiently organizing project utilities to meet agreed project delivery deadlines.
- Responds to inquiries, complaints from clients to ensure optimal levels of service and long-term business relations.
- Maintains a comprehensive list of all cognizable risks, acceptance test documents in line with project management guidelines.
- Evaluates latest/most innovative technologies, to help organization achieve established goals in an efficient and effective manner.
- Collates project metrics data (such as baseline, actual values for costs, schedule, work in progress and work completed) and other project specific information, to take corrective action in case of variances.
- Reports projects’ progress to steering committee and senior management along with recommended decisions to improve work performance.
- Keeps abreast of latest technological advancements and utilizes the potentials in order to respond to the distinctive needs of the organization.
- Head of EPG (Engineering Process Group) that is responsible for Establishment, Maintaining and Improving the QMS (Organization Quality Management System)
