Working as Shift Eng. In Alkyd Resin Production plant of Egyptian American for Paints Company.
Main tasks during this job
a) Preparing the reactor to the Alkyd Resin Batch
b) Charging the Raw Material (check out the quantity of each compound and the quality)
c) Start the cooking of the patch and making the necessary chemical tests during cooking to control the alkyd resin batch specifications during production.
d) Follow up the equipment state and making the necessary Maintenance.
Working as Production Eng. in El Mansoura for Resins &Chemical Industries. In production of Formalin solution (37%) in Formaldehyde plant.
Main tasks during this job
a)Follow up the operation of the process in the plant (to keep the operating conditions constant according to the plane of operation, this is done by making the necessary maintains for each equipment at the right time.
b)Making Daily and Monthly technical reports to show up the state of the plant (production rate and equipment condition).
Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University, Egypt. I graduated in June 2003 with an overall grade of Pass. My graduation project was about Simulation Studies of Complex Chemical Reactions. The aim of this research was to develop a computer program for determining the rate constants of the consecutive reactions at any temperature.
