Not to mention the editing of the shows main components. And creating new graphics for the show almost every single week.
Managing the relation between the editing/GFX team and the creative team, while conforming to the show dead line and keeping the show high standard.
Tayarh is an online advertisement company that was looking to diversify to the field of content creation. The project goal was to create a multi-program channel on YouTube, Instagram, and more.
Responsibilities:
-Build the company content strategy.
-Budget and schedule the company’s 1st year run.
-Hire and train the production team.

Challenges:
starting an online content company is a whole different ball game. Brain storming program ideas, casting talents, budgeting and schedule as well as training new teams for the job.

a late night entertainment show that includes a number of celebrity guests. The show included live performance dancing and more.
Responsibilities:
-Brain story program format, Editorial perspective, and look and feel.
-Supervising episodes subjects.
-Scheduling and arranging shoots.
-Managing talent\[presenter\].
-Supervising program shoots.
Challenges:
Due to the amount of guests in each episode, managing talents and controlling the shooting schedule was the greatest challenge of the show.
master chef is an international cooking competition. Its been produced all over the world with great success from the USA to Australia.
Responsibilities:
-Studying/understanding International program bible.
-Creating program schedule (including travel and hotel reservations for crew and contestants).
-Interviewing and hiring Story producers.
-Interviewing program presenters (chefs).
-Working on the technical aspect of the program shoots.
-Arranging and schedule episodes edit schedule.
Challenges:
the initial challenge of the show, was the amount of details the show contains, from safety factors to of countries\[5 countries\] the show was suppose to cover. So scheduling of the show was of great importance.
On top of that, creating content and hiring judges and shooting team was another challenge.
Because of the nature of the show \[reality TV-game show\] hiring a team of story producers, that are able to identify the beginning of a story and follow the story threads was of a great importance.
IUCN is the world’s oldest and largest global environmental organization. The goal was to highlight the threats to the Eco system of the area (Marsa Alam Area) and how to save and help the Eco system to recover.
Responsibilities:
-Creating film concept.
-Hire crew.
-Directing and producing film interviews.
-Hire editors and sound engineer.
-Supervising VO recording, editing and finalizing the film.
Deal or no Deal is an international game show. The show comes in 2 different formats weekly and daily. We've implemented the daily show (5 episodes/week). According to statistics the show was ranked number one in viewership in Egypt for almost all its run time.
Responsibilities:
-Studying international format bible.
-Managing Casting team.
-Interviewing and suggesting contestants.
-Managing Editing team.
-Supervising editing and finalizing program episodes \[5 episodes/week\].
Challenges:
Deal or no deal was a unique kind of the program.
As a Casting Director, choosing outstanding characters for the show. Was a complicated task. Characters that would shine during the show episodes, characters that would play the game and create great episodes.
As Post Production Producer the chaotic emotions of the show created a challenge in terms of editing.
Stressing the emotional state of the contestants\[main player and contestants\] during different phases of the game, and the relations they have between them.
All that while adhering to the show international standards.
Break the Bank is live TV game show. Its a live version of Deal or not Deal. The contestants are phone callers that call in to play the game. Its a high paced live show. (1 episodes/week).
Responsibilities:

-Hiring program crew, director, and talent (presenter).
-Supervising program GFX & Music creation.
-Supervising program set build.
-Attending and supervising all program episodes shoots(Live).
-Supervising game rules implementation.
Challenges:
a live game show, this was the challenge, manage the presenter, callers\[game participants\], and the live team.
Break the bank was a great experience in live TV.
Connect is an IT show. The goal of the program was to enhance the viewers knowledge in IT. The program contained 4 main segments (hardware review, software review, internet review and games review) as well as email and latest news component. The shows' success came over time as the nature of shows of that type. Originally the show was targeting Egyptian viewers but over time we had increasing viewership from North Africa, and the Gulf area.

Challenges:
Connect was 1st of its kind TV show in the middle east. The greatest challenge of the show was our decision that the show will be based on the concept of WYSIWYG \[what you see is what you get\] created some fun and technical challenges. From building a computer network in the studio, to reviewing the 1st I phone in the middle east.
Beside writing a fun and technically sound script, and creating a social engagement with our viewers through emails.

Synopsis: Grid was a different take on Automotive shows. It was to mimik the fun playful flavor of Top gear with Automotive knowledge.

Synopsis: Masaak Sokr Ziada IT/Automotive segments the idea behind the segments was to provide general knowledge of both subjects to viewers on a main stream non spacific show.

Recorded competition-reality program, daily episodes and weekly prime episode.
Synopsis: Soccarstars is a talent reality show. We travel 6 arab countries looking for talented football (Soccer) players. After the 1st selection process the selected players Traveled to Egypt to attend the Academy phase of the show. Where the participated in training and challenges at the end of the week during the prime episode one player is sent home.

Synopsis: 45 min with Al Khateeb was a football program hosted by the football legend Mahmoud El Khateeb. The program included analysis of last week matches in the English, Italian, Spanish and Egyptian leagues. As will as interviews and news highlights.
