Advisory and management experience in electrical systems and services within the construction and aviation industries, focusing on expansion, rehabilitation, and development projects in Dubai.
• Handle the review of the electrical design drawings in close coordination with the multidisciplinary design team.
• Ensure compliance with the standards and project specifications following the review and approvals of vendor electrical submittals (Shop drawings, Material submittals, Document submittals etc.).
• Attend Factory acceptance tests.
• Manage the site works execution procedures including installations, testing, commissioning, and inspections in line with the safety requirements.
• Produce NODs for noncompliance works, technical papers, and engineering instructions for problem-solving, RFIs, and variations throughout the project.
• Lead the project's stakeholders' engagement and communication.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients and contractors to follow up on project progress and further activities.
• Liaise with the project’s corresponding authorities regulatory for approvals and clarifications related to fieldwork installations and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Producing instruments data sheets, sizing and selection.
• Communicating and meeting suppliers for instruments selection and ensuring standards compliance.
• Revising electrical control system drawings including P&ID, Cause & Effect, and Loop diagrams etc…
• Contributing in the process of Commissioning/Pre-Commissioning of the installed control systems at site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Control panels building and assembling.
• PLC/HMI Hardware configuring and installing.
• Providing electrical control panel drawings.
• Performing Factory tests (FAT) in front of clients.
