• prepare annual maintenance programs (planning shut down).
• Prepare and manage an annual spare parts budget items.
• Increase technicians motivation by redesigning the workshop layout, improving workshop facilities and application of QCC (Quality Control Circles).
• Prepare overhauling programs according to the manufacturer's instructions MPIS (every 5 years for boiler & 50 000 hrs for turbine).
• Analyze & Prepare technical reports about the station modules and give necessary recommendations to reduce consumption rate of fuel, Deviations & forced outage period for units .
• Preparation of fuel and spare parts for the units needs
• Follow-up condition of the equipment and software maintenance and overhaul and report weekly to the company
• Responsible for committee faults the company to decrease equipment failure and spare parts consumption by application of preventive and periodic maintenance
