▪ Specialized on handling all Types of General Claims (Fire - Engineering - Marine - Property - Fidelity - Miscellaneous Claims). From (15-07-2015 - Until now) in conjunction with my work as a Complaints officer.
▪ I have been involved in Complaints as Complaint's Officer. From (01-06-2015 to 01-06-2016) in conjunction with my basic work as a Motor Claims Specialist.
▪ Motor Claims Specialist for (Comprehensive - Third party) From (15-12-2014 to 31-12-2015)
▪ Examine all different types of claims, and make sure that proper filing procedures have been followed
▪ Examine complex or unusual claims to determine whether they may be covered.
▪ Coordinating or conducting investigations on insurance claims.
▪ Identifying claims with possible recovery from third parties
▪ Prepare annual policies for renewal with clients.
▪ Process applications, changes, reinstatement, and cancellation of insurance policies.
▪ Reviewing insurance applications to ensure that all questions have been answered.
▪ Compiling data on insurance policy changes, changing policy records to conform to insured party's specifications.
▪ Compiling data on lapsed insurance policies to determine automatic reinstatement according to company policies.
▪ Cancelling insurance policies as requested by agents, and verifying the accuracy of insurance company records.
