My responsibility include the following
• Revise the contracts documents, drawings& quality assurance
• Daily site supervision of civil work activities
• Issue daily reports which records the activates at job site
• Monitor project control schedules and ensure contractor delivery against target
• Quality control/assurance for all the construction activates like:-
 Landscaping and roads in the power plant
 Earth work activates


 Installation of R.C. pipes up to (2500mm dim)
 Under ground utilities (piping, duct banks, sewer systems…)
 Inspection of heavy mass concrete structure (formworks, reinforcement & embedded parts)
 Pilling works activates (board piles)
 Finishing of ancillary buildings
 Installation of sheet piles
 Chimney construction (slip form type)
 Assure that contractors is applying their HSE(health, safety, environment) program at job site
