Role:
• Planning, organizing, monitoring and directing the work through departments managers (Technical Support and Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, Sales, IT and HR)
• Improving operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives.
• Performing quality planning and supervising quality control.
• Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising department heads.
• Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost.
• Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout.
• Leading and directing the ICT & ELV projects that the company carried out through project manager.
• Analyzing the market to identify opportunities that may lead to business and profit growth.
• Looking for other markets that may have higher potential.
• Leading and direct marketing manager throughout marketing and promotion plans.
• Setting sales targets with sales manager in accordance to the company strategic goals.
• Consolidating and developing long term relationships with B2B and VIP customers.

Its activities include:

Role:
• Overseeing day to day management within the organization.
• Organizing and supervise all work activities on the managerial operational level.
• Managing departments: Technical (installation & maintenance and Tech. Support), accounting, inventory, HR, and IT.
• Coaching Managers and supervisors within the organization.
• Sharing GM in goals and strategies setting.
• Managing and direct work in order to align with organizations’ strategic and plan.
ICT & ELV installation Projects (Data networks, PBX networks, Alarm systems, CCTV systems, time attendance, web development)
Role:
• Planning and managing ICT & ELV projects from start to finish.
• Managing aspects of projects during initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, within project constraints.
• Being the Primary Interface between the different stakeholders involved in the project like Project Team, Integration Team, Consultants, and Main Contractors
• Performing Risk Identification and proactively managing changes to the project constraints.
• Motivating team at all times to ensure highest delivery of potential
• Ensuring compliance to QA & QC standards as and when applicable.
Role:
• Supervising Technical support department (internet, web hosting)
• Managing call center day to day activities.
• participating in process improvement
