Manage the design review process within the Engineering Services Division ( ESD ) by ensuring design
package deliverables completeness in accordance with NEOM procedures, defining the review
timeline, identifying the required review team and disciplines, and conducting quality checks on the
comment resolution sheets. Coordinate with proponents to discuss reviewer concerns and ensure
timely and effective closure of all technical comments.
 Manage and lead the design review and value engineering workshops, coordinating between design
consultants, proponents, and the review team to discuss major design issues and address high-risk
concerns, ensuring optimal engineering solutions.
 Review NEOM technical documents, including procedures, specifications, guidelines, and standards,
to ensure alignment with project requirements and best engineering practices.
 Monitoring and report the design review progress of all engineering activities in relation to the
project in accordance with management requirements.
 Responsible for the assessment of design change requests and deviations to ensure compliance with
NEOM standards and project objectives.
 Ensure compliance with relevant NEOM codes, standards, and best engineering practices.
 Work closely with the relevant NEOM proponents and stakeholders to ensure the correct engineering
outcomes are communicated, managed, and delivered.
 Conduct a comprehensive design review of all the utilities and roads packages across Trojena, Magna,
Regional Infrastructure, ENOWA Water, The Line, Oxagon, and The Spine projects.

Responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers, CAD operators, and designers, while
effectively allocating resources and assigning tasks to ensure project success.
 Built a high-performance team through recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating potential employees,
while ensuring they receive proper orientation on company policies and procedures.
 Leading the team to deliver projects on schedule and within budgeted man-hours, consistently
achieving high performance and exceeding stakeholder expectations.
 Identifying potential design risks early and implementing proactive mitigation strategies to ensure
seamless project execution.
 Responsible for Managing the design and coordination activities of infrastructure networks such as
potable water supply, process water networks, irrigation water networks, firefighting external
networks, sanitary wastewater collection, industrial wastewater collection system, storm water
drainage and roads networks, in addition to, pump stations, storage tanks and wastewater treatment
plants.
 Responsible for Implementing smart water management systems involves utilizing devices and data
analytics to effectively monitor water consumption, identify leaks, and optimize the distribution
networks for efficient water utilization.
 Provide the required consultation and support in the validation and calibration process for the existing
wet utilities networks to ensure high levels of performance and accuracy
 Review technical submittals for drawings, design models and calculations related to infrastructure
projects .

• Preparation of concept, preliminary and detailed designs together with Tender and Contract documents for all wet infrastructure utilities including (storm drainage systems - water supply - industrial drainage -foul water - fire -irrigation-roads).
• Coordinating all the utilities work such as storm drainage, foul sewerage, water supply, street lighting, electrical, communication, etc. with all engineering disciplines in the office and with clients.
• Provide engineering inputs and solutions during all phases of design development and project implementation
• Perform design/analyses calculations related to wet utilities such as irrigation, stormwater and subsurface drainage networks using governing engineering formulas, skills, and experience.
• Detailed design for underground structures from Conceptual phase through Final approval.
• Attends the project related Meetings/Workshops/Presentations before the Clients/Developers/Government Agencies, as and when required.
• Responds to RFI (Requests for Information) from the contractors at construction tender stage.

• Detailed design and preparation of site development and wet infrastructure works including (grading - storm drainage systems - water supply - industrial drainage -sanitary drainage- fire fighting-irrigation-roads-wastewater treatment plant- pump stations, etc).
• Detailed design and drafting for underground structures from Conceptual phase through Final approval.
• Coordinate the design of the roads and site grading and preparation of the bill of quantities, cost estimates and technical specifications.
• Detailed design and drafting for all boundary fencing types.
• prepare Bills of quantities, specifications, cost estimation, method of measurement, catalogue cuts as well as support during construction , taking off quantities, detailed priced/un-priced Bills Of quantities, Cost Estimation, etc, .

• Supervision on construction of the sewage lines for diameters starting from 300 mm to 1600 mm.
• Supervision on construction forcemain lines for 700 mm diameter and 3.5 km long from lifting station no. 2 to lifting station no. 1.
• Supervision on construction forcemain lines for 1000 mm diameter and 7 km long from lifting station No. 1 to the treatment plant.
• Supervision on implementation of the main pumping station No. 1 and the pumping station No. 2.
• Supervision on construction of two forcemain lines for 1200 mm diameter each have a length of 11 km, and from inside the treatment plant in Dammam to even the current site downstream.
• Supervision on construction of the pumping station within the proposed site treatment plant in Dammam.

• Study of strategy to reduce ground water level and storm water and designing storm water drainage network.
• Study all problems of storm water drainage networks and solving it.
• Planning and design of storm water drainage networks pump station and force mains of some zones.
• Preparation of the execution documents of the storm water drainage networks and pumping stations for 4th stage and the 5th stage of Dammam and Khobar.
• Designed the storm water management system and managed/supervised a team of designers and CAD operators in the accomplishment of the detailed engineering plans including storm water, forcemain and pump stations

• Sanitary and structural design for waste water treatment plants and water treatment plants.

• Infrastructure works (water supply system, sewerage and storm networks, surface drainage system, etc...) and solid waste disposal system.
• Preparing bills of quantities for different projects using international codes and standards, Preparing payment bills, conditions of contracts and special specifications for projects according to specific requirements.
