• Preparation of concept, preliminary and detailed designs together with Tender and Contract documents for all wet infrastructure utilities including (storm drainage systems - water supply - industrial drainage -foul water - fire -irrigation-roads).
• Coordinating all the utilities work such as storm drainage, foul sewerage, water supply, street lighting, electrical, communication, etc. with all engineering disciplines in the office and with clients.
• Provide engineering inputs and solutions during all phases of design development and project implementation
• Perform design/analyses calculations related to wet utilities such as irrigation, stormwater and subsurface drainage networks using governing engineering formulas, skills, and experience.
• Detailed design for underground structures from Conceptual phase through Final approval.
• Attends the project related Meetings/Workshops/Presentations before the Clients/Developers/Government Agencies, as and when required.
• Responds to RFI (Requests for Information) from the contractors at construction tender stage.

• Supervision on implementation of the main pumping station No. 1 and the pumping station No. 2.
• Supervision on construction of two forcemain lines for 1200 mm diameter each have a length of 11 km, and from inside the treatment plant in Dammam to even the current site downstream.
• Supervision on construction of the pumping station within the proposed site treatment plant in Dammam.
• Study of strategy to reduce ground water level and storm water and designing storm water drainage network.
• Study all problems of storm water drainage networks and solving it.
• Planning and design of storm water drainage networks pump station and force mains of some zones.
• Preparation of the execution documents of the storm water drainage networks and pumping stations for 4th stage and the 5th stage of Dammam and Khobar.

• Preparing bills of quantities for different projects using international codes and standards, Preparing payment bills, conditions of contracts and special specifications for projects according to specific requirements.
