•Liaising with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
•Participating in regular project meetings and other special meetings as required during the course of project.
•Agreeing the timescales, sub-contractors, material submittals, construction method, quality, costs and resources needed.
•Negotiating with contractors and suppliers for materials and services.
•Determining the status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
•Reporting regularly on progress to the client or to senior managers.
•Contracts administration including the management of monthly payment, financial settlements, claims, etc.
