Contribute to the mobilization / demobilization of employees in accordance with Company procedures & policies and local Labor Law.
Manage and maintain personnel records in accordance with company procedures.
Deliver an effective generalist HR service through efficient planning and execution of work processes including co-ordination of airport pickup, salary advances and completion of joining formalities for new employees.
Co-ordinate with HRD Administration unit for medical / residency formalities of new employees.
Undertake interviews for new, existing, resigned, terminated or dismissed employees in accordance with HR procedures.
Act as a focal point for employee issues including grievances, discipline and vacation.
Issue and renew the permits (gate passes) for restricted areas & projects.
Supervise timekeeper functions and to follow payroll and employee related applications and other documents.
Identify, analyse and solve HR issues.
