o Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
o Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
o Collect and compile HR metrics and data from HRIS and various surveys conducted by HR Department.
o Analysing and evaluating data and reports, feeding back the findings to relevant managers and advising on changes and improvements are all part of the role.
o Analyse different HR Data to measure and improve the operations such as recruitment, training, employee engagement initiatives, employee development, and employee performance.
* Opening C3 Accounts and process the payroll.
• Recruitment: Maintaining, tracking, screening, Shortlisting, scheduling, organizing paper work, doing interviews, Offer Letter, and coordinating office setup.
• Visa Process: Assisting the PRO in Employment Visa Application, Change Visa, sending documents to typing center for Medical and UAE E.I.D form, and Visa Cancellation.
• Payroll: Checking and Verifying Attendance every cut-off, leave form, final settlement, process the monthly payment for staff coordinating with Finance and audit department.
* SAP Business Experience for adding new joiners, transactions, payroll, leaves, ticketing, and end of service salary.
Handling sales and administrative operations at reception and complete sale deals for hotel room services.
