Develop and implement a commercial Joint Business Plans (JBP's) with customers.
Develop a multi-channel strategy that optimises ongoing growth, profitability and brand visibility in the market.

Utilising market analysis, competitor and advisor research to develop strategic overview of the region.
Developing and implementing the 5 year plan for sales growth of own brands across MENA region.
Playing an active part in the Senior Leadership Team, communicating departmental objectives and status; and collaborating on cross-department initiatives.
Working with the Brand Controllers to implement strategic brand development initiatives.
Formulate complete business plan (budget, margin, investment and country juridical entry)
Negotiating and sign yearly agreements, new product launching, and promotional plan and opening fees.
