• Drives Revenue through recognition and realization of opportunity with existing and new accounts
Manages major account relationships as the primary point-of-contact for day-to-day issues, including ongoing communications, and coordination of Presales, Operations and service team, billing and other activities
Manages relationships with Vendors, Implementation partners to further sales opportunities and to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
Develops annual account plans
Conducts regular Business Reviews and reporting with major accounts.

• Undertakes price negotiation with suppliers
• Brings in sales opportunities for the unit across the assigned accounts.
• Update and revise the “Service Offerings Portfolio” on yearly basis, ensuring the availability of the technical expertise to undertake any new service.
• Complete business chain starting from creating leads up to closing deals.
• Prepare and issues a report to the sector manager, on a monthly basis, with the statues of the marketing target across designated account, for submission to the marketing director.
• Cooperating with Giza other business units (Telecom & Process Control) to integrate complete Solutions fit my customer needs.
• Responsible for developing and managing business opportunities with major clients.
• Identifies further market opportunities through varied methods, involving identification of potential suppliers for market required products, and search for prospect tenders.
