Job description

Co-ordinate scope and method of statement (BECHTEL) and (BP) Teams.
Co-ordinate Inspection, Maintenance and Refubreshment process with (BECHTEL) Team.
Responsible for Mechanical inspection and Pressure Test for 1200 valves According to Project Scope.
Responsible for Heat Exchanger Cleaning Process and attend after Cleaning inspection by beareau varitase (BV) to insure the efficiency of Cleaning.
Attend Cooling fan tube inspection (eddy Current test & IRIS) and replace the Damaged tubes.
Perform Mechanical Inspection for fire hydrant and flow test.
Witness in Deluge Test in all fire fighting system of GF Area.
Prepare Reports for all Previous Jobs to (BECHTEL).
Prepare purchasing order for valves spare parts and fire hydrant spare parts according to original vendor’s catalogue.

Job description
• Assuring that sub process ( melting, molding, cores making and pouring processes done according to quality specs and control plans
• Assuring that the accepted parts are according to specs.
• Responsible for Metal Lap, Sand lap, Metrology lap & final Area.
• Appling the metal tests (microstructure. Hardness, tensile and porosity check tests).
• Appling the sand tests (compactability, permeability, wet tensile, green compression, moisture, bentonite, loss on agnation and fines content tests).
• Receiving inspection for metallic and sand raw materials and making decisions in case of any variation from the customer aspects for every product
• Monitoring of process and temperature and sample taking sample preparation
• Make sure that the raw materials used in every process are according to specs.
• Doing work instructions for the technicians.
• Coordination with other departments.
• Assure the stability of process.
• Training programs for technicians.
• Leadership of 75 quality labors, Grinding &Visual inspection of the final products to ensure free from casting defects and Fettling defects and meets customer specification then Checking the Nodularity for the products by Ultrasonic inspection.
• Using CNC machines as a first finish step for the products before shipping to the customer.
• Checking the porosity defect by X - Ray inspection & prepare porosity reports
