• Served as the Director of Alijarah leasing and oversaw a portfolio encompassing financial services for homes and commercial projects, financing companies and retail engagements such as cars, truck fleets and properties.
• Provided direction to the real estate management function encompassing asset management, maintenance, leasing of villas, malls, flats, lands and re-leasing, lease to own, sale and purchase.
• Handled many departments under purview such as sales, marketing, collection, accounts, maintenance, guarantees, credit and legal.
• Established appropriate policies, services, structures, control and reporting systems for the efficient and effective performance of the company.
