JIC serious mastery Consulting was established to advise the institutions (in the public and private sectors), which is aware of the value of operations management in a responsible manner over the long term, and help them develop effective social corporate responsibility strategies and develop effective enforcement mechanisms.
I contributed in:
- Adding some improvements on few ongoing business proposals, submissions for targeted clients.
- Started analyzing tire 1 - production line for the commercial products, PM Templates.
- Preparation process for BPR for the commercial products.

- Developing HEO Target Operating Model (TOM), Initiatives Roadmap, and cost estimates.
- Gained vast, detailed practical knowhow in developing TOM, also aware of some challenges that may face implementation.
- Sponsored the development of a Service Quality Baseline using ServQual methodology, and generated baseline for 20 internal departments within MOL.
- Developed, submitted a conceptual strategic/ business operating model for the SLA department.

Assistant Manager Mega Projects, then as the Director Capacity Building Program. Then Director of humanitarian initiatives department - in the Urban Development and Construction Agency - Jeddah Municipality.
Contributed in:
- The development of management strategies for humanitarian initiatives department HID plans & cost estimates.
- workshops of Jeddah Strategic/Capacity Building Plans.
- Helping preparing Mega Projects Dept. permits, taking in consideration sustainable requirements for mega projects.
A non-profitable NGO type organization. Was strategically established to up-left the undeveloped rural areas within the Makkah Region via developing projects to help provide sustainable housing & development to needy people in the region's rural areas.
Contributed in:
- Contributed in the planning and construction efforts and control for the creation of three strategic rural centers within the sub-regions of Rabigh, Al- Lieth, and Al-Qunfudah.
- Supervised Contractors and witnessed building of over 440 housing units and utilities for the needy people in those sub-regions.
- Total beneficiaries exceeded 17, 000 people at that time.

- Coordinating Company advertising planning / execution in KSA.
- Planning, execution of some joint activities in promotion and commercial events.

As the Housing Coordinator I was responsible for the Luberef Co. Housing Program at RC-Yanbu - KSA.
Contributed in:
- Coordinated with authorities at RCY to provide temporary housing units to Lubref Company.
- Preparation of TOR's for the required refurbishment contracts.
- Supervised refurbishment works for more than 400 Lubref rented housing units.
- Controlled housing procedures for 400 new employees and their families.
- Controlled the maintenance contracts that were required for the temporary housing, spare parts, and
- initiated procurement requests for housing furniture’s, machines and utensils.

- the preparation of marketing / sales plans, strategies for the company's Real Estate Development Projects.
- Understanding real-estate and housing Investment & Marketing.
Contributed in:
- The boosting of sales of the DF Al-Arabi brand, to 1pack sale per second in total KSA market.
- Assisted in the planning and copy writing of AL-Arabi frying oil.
- Supervised production / editing of some TV Ads for the brand.
