Responsible for a team to fulfil all hiring requisitions for all the departments of the company.
Contribute in creation and implementation of the company’s HR function strategy
Participate and come up with suggestions in terms of organizational development issues
Support Function Managers in terms of HR planning, recruitment, training and development as well as compensation and benefits and performance management systems.
Act as first point of contact and experienced professional in assigned HR issues
Participate in activity related to recruitment, evaluation of employees performance, and employees career development
discuss the needs of personnel with other departments and ensuring the highest standards of employees recruitment
Ensure that appropriate personnel policies, practices and procedures are in place and contributing to the development of the business
Ensure succession and talent management for the organization, promoting high potentials
Participate in group projects; represent the HR point of view and come up with suggestions in terms of new initiatives or change of certain policies/principles
Prepare necessary reports regarding HR department’s performance
• Manage a team of recruiters to fulfill the Hiring Requisitions within the SLA.
• Conduct assessments exercises for candidates applying for supervisory and managerial positions.
• Create, update, and enforce processes and tools used to meet the goals of the function
• Prepare and communicate reports and presentations to demonstrate the function performance and accomplishments
• Help preparation of employment fairs and college sessions

• Developing procedures to verify candidates’ qualifications for positions and a candidate profile database
• Coordinating activities with stake holders requiring the department's services, e.g. sales and project management
• Managing the department in accordance with company's strategic plan and assisting senior management with strategy development

• Conducting industry induction training for new sales staff

Responsibilities:
• Finding recruits for current or potential projects
• Gathering information about fees and availability of potential recruits for projects with various language combinations
• Obtaining information about potential recruits, testing applicants’ language skills, and translation quality
• Training new recruits in the use of translation tools and the company’s automated system
• Allocating recruits to projects compatible with their competencies
• Resolving problems between the project management, production, and accounting departments, and vendor management department recruits
• Receiving localization projects from clients, and ensuring the availability of necessary information and resources to start the project
• Defining the work cycle to be followed to provide the client with the required outputs
• Scheduling the project phases, managing risk factors and quality, minimizing costs, and ensuring timely delivery of projects
• Handling feedback from clients and monitoring the corrective actions of different departments
• Ensuring correct invoicing for projects
• Maintaining good communication with clients and client satisfaction
• Maintaining communication with previous clients
