• Currently I am responsible for mechanical works execution in western area of KSA (more than 8 projects), as a mechanical head section-main contractor.
• Solved -under pressure- a lot of issues were obstructing work progress, and succeed to reducing the time with more than 50% for two projects were considered hardest and most important projects in my company.
• Supervised the progress from Basic concept to final handing over (tendering, design drawing, installation and final testing & commissioning) of the central air-conditioning by using package DX unites for whole substation.
• Supervised the progress from Basic concept to final handing over (tendering, design drawing, installation and final testing & commissioning) of the firefighting system and fire alarm system by using NOVEC 1230, FM200 and CO systems (Deluge System) for electric rooms.
• Supervised the installation and testing for plumbing and domestic water system for whole substation.
• Used AutoCAD for quantities surveying and modifying.
• Submitting RFIs, RMIs requests on time as per requirement for smooth progress of project.
• Review contract, Tender document, design drawings and IFC drawings for scope of work.
• Coordinate with Client/Consultant/Architect/Sub-Contractor for approval of Shop drawings, Materials, Method Statement, Samples, Quotations and Submittal preparation prior to acceptance and approval.
• Monitor procurement procedures in coordination with procurement department.
• Ensure the site progress of HVAC & Firefighting and Plumbing works in compliance to Quality Control, Contract Specs.
• Coordinate with departments like Civil, Electrical, etc. for smooth progress of site.
• Directly assisting and reporting to MEP Manager/Client's representative.

• Supervised the progress from Basic concept to final handing over (tendering, design drawing, installation and final testing & commissioning) of the fire protection system by using water firefighting system (Wet Pipe System) for building and gas (Deluge System) for electric rooms.
• Saved my company money (More than 5 million EGP) via reducing Variations, procurements, ideal time and strictly applying delay fines as per contract terms.
• Review and approved all contract document and issues included tender drawing & BOQ & invoices &variations & quotations & delay refine and IFC drawings for scope of work.
• Review Contractors Shop Drawings & Material Submittals.
• Quantity surveying and drawings modification by using AutoCAD.
• Review Contractors installation Program and maintain safety checks on site.
• Coordination with all other MEP sub-contractors during installation of the Mechanical System on site to achieve target and completion dates.
• Ensure the Mechanical construction works compliance with contract design, specification, international codes and good installation practices
• Led project scheduling and budgeting to successfully and quickly complete engineering projects.
• Developed cost estimates, procured equipment and tracked construction progress to efficiently complete large scale projects.
