In Success Steps I had multiple roles in the company and I was a key player in building the company as it opened since I joined, my roles and tasks was as follows:
• Secretary, document controlling and managing the main database of the company.
• Marketing for the events and workshops and training sessions, the target clients is government sectors and Middle East known companies.
• Dealing directly with the client and coordinating with them, also completing tasks in their own institutions, to make sure everything delivered fast and high quality.
• IT and networking in the office, including software, hardware and network connections and support to the team.
• Dealing with all kinds of supplier companies, and that includes price negotiating and ensure fast delivery with high quality material.
• Accounting: for a period of 4 months I handled all accounting tasks in the company.
• Preparing reports, presentations and study cases about our clients, current market and new targets in the market.
• Getting sponsors and partners and sign contracts with them for the events and ensuring all their rights are completed before, during and after the event.
•getting deals with hotels to host the events with lowest price and high quality.

As a KEO Supervision Team Member, my responsibilities at first 3 years includes many jobs and tasks at Abu Dhabi Municipality as secretary, writer and document controller.
Responsibilities and Tasks: • Local assistance to document control for projects. Assist core team and support teams for project control matters. Prepare documents and transmittal's as directed copy, distribute copies for review.
