Leads the supplier technical audit process, evaluates supplier performance, and collaborates with other supplier engineers on the supplier audit and evaluation process.
Reviews the purchase requisition to make sure that all quality and inspection requirements for the purchase materials are included in the requisition.
Review of Supplier QA system including Quality organization.
Reviews quality procedures and ITPs submitted by the vendor(s) and ensures that those are in line with the requirements of the project specification and relevant codes and standards.
Issue the Vendor Shop Inspection Report (VSIR) to the Vendor/Supplier Quality Manager and ensure the comments fulfillment, then issue the final report to the Procurement, Logistics, and Engineering departments.
Update the VSI plan according to the identified Inspection Milestones submitted by the suppliers.
Record the Vendor/Supplier qualification by submitting the Subcontractor/Vendor Prequalification Assessment Report.
Monitors and coordinates witnessed inspection and testing activities and ensure it is effectively and efficiently carried out through the inspection report review.
Closely monitors and ensures that PQP is effectively implemented. Takes immediate actions to address quality issues.
Controls non-conformities, conduct root cause analysis and takes remedial actions.
Coordinates with inspection agencies for the provision of vendor inspectors and their assignments.
Provides support for any production issues that may occur during the project.
Issuing lessons learned in the project and performing other work duties which are delegated by managers.

* Managing subcontractors and all Inspection Activities related BOP Scope (Balance of Plant) for piping
which connecting between HRSG and steam Turbine According to ASME B31.1. (Module No.3 and
Module No.1).

* Managing the qualification of Welder according to ASME IX and Issue Certificates to the welder.
* Review welding requirements and follow up all welding activities in the site.
* Follow up all activities on‐site and ensure that it is carried out according to the established quality
control program, field inspection testing procedure.
* Monitor Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) of alloy material (P92 & P91 & P22 & P11) and review the
completed report.
* Dealing with Various Codes, Standards, and specifications (ASME IX, ASME B31.1).
* Checking the hydrostatic test packages for NDT compliance prior to testing.
* Performing interpretations and evaluation of the results for the following Non‐Destructive Testing:

* Review welding requirements and follow all welding activities.
* Follow up all activities on site in the line with the established quality control program, field inspection
testing procedure based on the construction schedule.
* Dealing with Various Codes, Standards, and specifications (ASME IX, EN, ISO, and ASTM). Performance,

* Inspection of pipeline and Tank ensuring that all installed pipe/fittings are to the correct specification and
that the material is in accordance with the specified traceability requirement.
* Review welding requirements for field‐erected pipeline and Tanks.
* Implement quality control activities on site in the line with the established quality control program, field
inspection testing procedure based on the construction schedule.
* Ensure that heat treatment, and all non ‐destructive testing is in compliance with the relevant code and
specification.
* Dealing with Various Codes, Standards, and specifications (ASME 9, EN, ISO, ASTM, and API650 and API

* Check and inspect all material which supply to site and write MRIR (Material Receiving Inspection Report)
and raising it to consultant.

raise it to a consultant.
