- Creating communication guidelines for Hospital employees
including conducting social skills training.
- Streamline processes throughout the departments & with the
related stakeholders.

healthcare industry in the Middle East.
Coordinating with international bodies “UNHCR, Embassies,
Government Entities & personnel”.
Increasing International patient check-in during COVID-19.
- Study & analyze online audience to create & implement new
digital channels to target new audience segments & draw their
attention.
- Build Digital media content according to best practices with
the content & design team, as well as, engagement strategies
& campaigns to ensure the success of new channels.
Benchmark with internal KPIs & goals to transfer the network
from analog to the digital era.
- Develop an editorial calendar & conduct training for all team
members.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets &
competitors’ activities to identify opportunities & key issues.
- Develop actions & strategy to seize market opportunities
based on brand & category analysis.
- Lead cross functional partners to implement brand strategies.
- Manage development & activation of local brands.
- Accountable for marketing budget for assigned segment.
- Planning & implementing promotional campaigns.
