-Analyzing technical requirement of the customer and preparing overall technical offer & layout of the transformer during the tendering stage.
-Design & Development of the new products, preparing the detailed design drawings, documentation of Bill of Materials (BOM) & checking for manufacturing purpose after getting the order.
-Interfacing with engineers at clients' end for necessary modifications in component design for manufacturability of components for use in power Transmission equipments & Provide technical support to customers.
-Analysis of failures and Reduction of design errors through corrective actions, Contribute towards divisional profitability by reducing material content in design aspects.
-Coordination with departments (planning, Store, Purchase, Quality, Dispatch, Accounts ….. etc.) for complete execution of the orders coordinating with Planning, Quality, Purchase Department and other departments for smooth operations.
-Attend the opening of the factory and take the responsibility of its first product, and also the responsibility to complete its infrastructure without any bad side effects on the manufacturing process.

-Taking the responsibility of training the new engineers and technicians after becoming a certified trainer.
-Analysis of failures and Reduction of production errors through corrective actions, Contribute towards divisional profitability by reducing material content in production aspects.
-Achieve the productivity in time
-Apply the 5 S technique at the work shop
-Capability to take decisions to prevent stoppage of work
-Team leading with two engineers and one hundred technicians
-good experience at erection for all accessories of transformer (bushings and all protection device for transformer)
-Erection for transformers at sites and transformer station
-make complete erection for 25 units 20 MVA (30/11) K V at Libya
-make complete erection for 40 MVA (220/11) K V at elsewedy Cement
-Have good experience for making maintenance for on load tap changer (ABB)
