• Reporting to the Deputy Chief, Information and Communications Technology Systems status and critical issues regularly (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).

• Manage all infrastructure systems all over Egypt to develop and maintain systems in GAC Egypt covering HQ (Cairo) and all branches with following the group policies.
• Implement planned projects, modifications to upgrade & support infrastructure and applications company-wide based on the authorization levels.
• Providing first line support for Firewalls Cisco Firepower, Meraki, VMware, Vcenter, Servers (hp &Dell), SAN (IBM Blade & hp 3par), Backup system (Backup Exec & Veeam), Exchange server 2010, Microsoft 365.
• Providing second line support for, Antivirus, Databases, CCTV, printing, scanning, antivirus, applications clients, Helpdesk system (Spiceworks), and attendance system.
• Monitoring performance of servers, systems, networks, security and applications utilization (PRTG server).
• Leading and distribute tasks among IT infrastructure team and follow up.
• Training infrastructure team upon needs on new systems.
• Reporting to the Senior IT Manager Systems status and critical issues regularly (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).
