Key Responsibilities
Strategic planning:
Prepare and analyze Annual plans taken in consideration The major strategic target to achieve maximum benefits (profitability, customer satisfaction) from the available recourses against multiplied constrains and various overlapping materials.
Material planning:
• Manage production procurements depending on MRP type.
• Ensure the optimum effective safety stocks conducting with demand.
• Determine and ensure delivery time through suppliers & freight forwarder.
• Create and manage the required Purchasing Requisitions to insure optimum inventory without interruption in customer delivery, considering (sales forecast, sales orders, cost, shipments under transit, lead time, stores capacity).
• Manage and organize MRP constrains “safety stocks-lead time -lot size…..”
• Track required materials and shipments from creating PR. until receipt in-house.
Production and Supply planning:
• Manage plant master data for production area (operation time, routings, balance efficiency between work centers, BOMs, capacity …).
• Prepare capable short run plans (CTP) using problem solving solution methods to achieve maximum benefits (profitability & customer satisfactions) from available resources, capacity, and raw materials.
• Review and control sales forecast to fit production flow against actual demand.
• Prepare (KPI) to follow manufacture performance, arrange plant review meeting “daily, weekly, and monthly” &update top management.
• Create effective system to control manufacturing area by (5S system).
Highlights
• Established the supply chain to enable timely and reliable importing of production materials from Europe, Bulgaria, Germany, and China.
• Established the production planning system to insure settlement in customer delivery and production work centers.
• Played a pivotal role in establishing new garments factory.
• Served as a representative at Arab health 2007 exhibition (Dubai).
• Set up company warehouse as well as best criteria; installed state of the art storage system and led consistent improvement in procedures.
• Played a pivotal role of SAP systems solution; organized staff training for SAP professional development.
