• Providing support to the group in legal issues.
• Providing support to the group in their business activities.
• Assisting with identification and evaluation of new business opportunities and targets.
• Representing Rasan R/E Projects Co. in Rasan Catering board of directors.
• Supporting the group in shareholders relations.
• Support the Finance Department in the auditing process of the company financial year, and provide all required documents.
• Support the Finance Department in replying the Ministry of Trade remarks on the annual financial report (general assembly meeting).
