In my role, I oversee project performance and KPIs, using Enjaz and Dashboards for data tracking. I also manage report submissions for comprehensive project insights, facilitating decision-making at regional and HQ levels. Additionally, I actively support the implementation of our Projects Automation Plan, collaborating with HQ for system optimization. In terms of schedule management, I review and approve Baseline, Revised, and Recovery schedules and proactively address project challenges. I also ensure accurate progress tracking through periodic validation of Projects' Actual Progress. Lastly, I meticulously review and submit Variation Orders and Extensions of Time via our ERP System, maintaining compliance with established guidelines.
During my tenure as a PMO member, I significantly improved project managers performance. I achieved this by facilitating knowledge transfer through workshops and presentations, ensuring that project managers were well- equipped with the latest industry insights and best practices. By enhancing their understanding of project performance indices, I enabled them to make informed decisions and drive projects towards success.
Additionally, as a team leader in sewage and water projects, I ensured strict adherence to established processes and procedures. By closely monitoring project progress and proactively addressing challenges, I was able to minimize delays and mitigate potential risks. Evaluating claims, recommending corrective actions, and meticulously documenting lessons learned were crucial aspects of my role, which contributed to improved project outcomes and efficiency.
● Leading and managing a practical team for six projects of reservoirs and water networks affiliated with the National Transformation Initiative, with a value of more than 145 MRS, some of which were completed ahead of schedule, and my team consists of 26 engineers and technicians.
● Providing consulting services in the scheduling and control department at the National Water Company in Al Baha Business Unit, reviewing schedules submitted by contractors, preparing and analyzing project risk registers.
● lead the data analysis team for initiatives projects for the Project Management Office “PMO” in the National Water Company in the Al-Baha Business Unit, preparing all dashboards for “PMO” and project planning, and assisting in the preparation of operational plans for home delivery projects.
● Leading the work team in supervising the sewage network projects in Rafha city in the northern borders (first and second phases) with a value of more than 100 MRS.
● Providing consulting services in hydraulic studies for water projects, and re-designing pressure lines to the proposed treatment plant.
● Providing technical services to project management (reviewing technical studies, reviewing construction plans, reviewing the time schedule provided by the contractor)
● Preparing interactive reports and project presentations, analyzing and refining data provided by the implementation department.
● Assist management in coordinating projects while providing support to project managers in office policies and procedures
● I worked as a civil engineer supervising the project to implement the Wadi Reem Dam in Madinah, the value of the project is more than 60 MRS.
● During my work, I reviewed the executive plans of the dams, which were supervised by our office, reviewed the contractor’s extracts, prepared daily and monthly reports, and followed up on the progress of work.
● I worked as a project manager for a contractor to implement the headquarters of the Embassy of the Syrian Republic in Cairo from handing over the site to us until the completion of the implementation of the basement and ground floor.
● I executed the early stages of the project, from submitting team approval, material approval, submitting schedule and CP construction plan.

- Manage the site and supervise the work and communicate with the consultant engineer.
● I worked as a civil engineer, and deputy director of the Alexandria Sports Stadium rehabilitation project, to receive the 2010 World Cup matches. I carried out the rehabilitation works of the track, the main cabin and the stands, as well as the implementation of the main control room and the monitoring system.
● I worked on the implementation of the construction works for the headquarters of the FIFA National Team Hotel - Phase II in Sixth of October City, during the same period, I worked as a civil engineer in the direct follow-up to the implementation of the finishing works for the headquarters of Faisal Islamic Bank in 6th of October City, which included civil, architectural and "layout works".
